YOU DID NOT CHOOSE ME, I CHOSE YOU!
I HAVE CREATED YOU TO BECOME A PRIVILEGED AND BLESSED PEOPLE! I HAVE GIVEN YOU DOMINION OVER MY CREATION AND THE AUTHORITY TO STOP SATAN FROM TAKING THOSE THINGS THAT ARE YOURS. “Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you” (Luke 10:19).
IF YOU CHOOSE, THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST WILL LIFT YOU ABOVE THE WEAKNESS AND SINFULNESS OF YOUR FLESH INTO THE DIVINE POWER OF GOD. IF YOU WALK IN THE AUTHORITY I WILL GIVE YOU, NOTHING SHALL BY ANY MEANS HURT YOU. IF YOU LOVE ME AND LIVE ACCORDING TO MY PURPOSES FOR YOU, I WILL WORK EVERYTHING TOGETHER FOR YOUR GOOD. YOU ARE EQUIPPED BY CHRIST TO OVERCOME THE WORLD (AS HE DID). IF YOU ARE MINE, THE HIGH POSITION OF RULING AND REIGNING WITH CHRIST THROUGHOUT ETERNITY WILL BE YOURS. “You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you” (John 15:16).
YOU ARE CALLED BY ME TO BE RE-BORN IN THE IMAGE AND NATURE OF GOD. YOU MUST PUT YOUR “OLD SELF” TO DEATH AND CHOOSE TO LIVE IN THE PERSON AND NATURE OF CHRIST. I HAVE SUPPLIED EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PRODUCE MY HOLINESS AND RIGHTEOUSNESS WITHIN YOU. THROUGH YOUR SPIRITUAL ATTACHMENT TO MY SON, YOU WILL GROW AND BRING FORTH THE FRUIT AND THE WORKS I HAVE CALLED YOU TO DO. WHEN YOU ARE REBORN IN CHRIST, YOU BECOME MEMBERS OF MY ROYAL FAMILY AND YOU ARE MY SONS AND DAUGHTERS. YOU ARE CALLED TO BE MEMBERS OF MY DIVINE FAMILY SO YOU CAN SHOW CHRIST TO THE WORLD. YOU ARE MY SPIRITUAL VOICE AND MY HANDS AND FEET IN THE WORLD. AS YOU LOVE ME AND KEEP MY COMMANDMENTS, MY DIVINE FAVOR AND ANOINTING WILL REST UPON YOU. “But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light” (1 Peter 2:9).
WHAT DOES YOUR LIFE PORTRAY TO THE WORLD AROUND YOU? YOU SPEAK VOLUMES TO THOSE AROUND YOU THROUGH YOUR ATTITUDES, WORDS, AND DEEDS. “So then each of us shall give account of himself to God” (Romans 14:12). YOU WILL STAND BEFORE ME AT THE JUDGMENT SEAT OF CHRIST AND GIVE AN ACCOUNT OF EVERY WORD AND DEED. YOUR GOD-ASSIGNMENTS ARE TO DO CHRIST’S EARTHLY WORKS. YOUR WORKS ARE AUTHENTICATED BY SHOWING THE LOVE AND THE FRUIT OF THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST. “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor. He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, ‘to preach the acceptable year of the Lord’” (Luke 4:18-19).
AS JOINT-HEIRS OF CHRIST I WILL GIVE YOU SIGNS, WONDERS, AND ALL THE GIFTS AND HELPS OF THE HOLY SPIRIT. YOU WILL BE EQUIPPED SUPERNATURALLY TO EXALT JESUS CHRIST, AND HE WILL DRAW ALL MEN UNTO HIMSELF. UNLESS YOU ARE BORN OF MY SPIRIT AND REMAIN IN CHRIST, YOU WILL NEVER FULFILL MY PLANS AND PURPOSES FOR YOUR LIFE. YOU WILL BE UNABLE TO PRODUCE YOUR GOD-GIVEN WORK FROM YOUR OWN FLESH OR BY RELYING ON YOUR OWN POWER. MY ASSIGNMENTS REQUIRE DIVINE INSPIRATION AND REVELATION, AS WELL AS ANOINTING POWER, AND KNOWLEDGE OF MY WORD (TRUTH). “Therefore He says: ‘When He ascended on high, He led captivity captive, and gave gifts to men’” (Ephesians 4:8).
AGAIN I SAY TO YOU, “THE SPIRIT OF CHRIST INDWELLS YOU TO SHOW FORTH THE DIVINE PERSON OF GOD. YOU CAN NEVER KNOW OR COMPREHEND GOD’S PERFECT LOVE OR WORKS APART FROM THE SPIRIT AND LOGOS OF CHRIST IN YOU.” “All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows the Son except the Father. Nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and he to whom the Son wills to reveal Him” (Matthew 11:27).
YOU MUST BECOME A BRANCH OF THE DIVINE VINE, CHRIST JESUS. THE DIVINE VINE WILL STRENTHEN, CHANGE, AND EMPOWER YOUR LIFE TO BECOME A SON OF THE LIVING GOD. AS YOU GIVE YOUR LIFE OVER TO CHRIST TO RULE YOUR LIFE, THE RIVER OF LIFE (FILLED WITH THE ABUNDANCE OF GOD) WILL BEGIN TO FLOW THROUGH YOU AND GIVE YOU WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING OF GOD’S DIVINE PLANS FOR YOUR LIFE. CHRIST WILL PUT WITHIN YOU TO “WILL AND DO” OF HIS GOOD PLEASURE. “For it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure” (Philippians 2:13).
YOU CAN HAVE “LITTLE OR MUCH” ACCORDING TO YOUR “ASKING, SEEKING, AND KNOCKING. HOW FULL OF MY SPIRIT DO YOU WANT TO BE? WHAT YOU RECEIVE FROM ME DEPENDS ON HOW MUCH OF YOURSELF YOU YIELD TO ME AND TO MY KINGDOM’S WORK. “Give (OF YOURSELF) and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you”(Luke 6:38).
THIS IS AN HOUR OF WORLD DARKNESS AND WICKEDNESS, AND I AM CALLING MY CHILDREN TO LOVE THE LOST AND SPIRITUALLY CARE FOR THE NEEDS ALL AROUND YOU. YOU HAVE THE LIGHT OF GOD AND THE LOVE OF GOD INDWELLING YOU. DRAW THE WORLD UNTO CHRIST! THE WORLD DOES NOT COMPREHEND THE THINGS OF GOD. THEY ARE OF THE WORLD AND ITS SYSTEM. THEY HEAR AND UNDERSTAND ONLY THE SO-CALLED WISDOM OF THE WORLD. THEY DO NOT KNOW THAT THEIR LIVES CAN BE CHANGED FROM DARKNESS TO LIGHT AND THEIR ERROR TO TRUTH. EVERYTHING OF GOD IS SPIRITUALLY DISCERNED. THE WORLD CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE WORDS OF TRUTH BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT BORN OF GOD’S SPIRIT. MY CHILDREN HAVE ACCESS TO DIVINE WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING. ALL THE IMPOSSIBILITIES OF THE FLESH WILL BECOME POSSIBLE IN CHRIST. THE CHILD OF GOD BECOMES A “LIGHT” IN A WORLD OF DARKNESS. FINISH CHRIST’S EARTHLY WORK FOR YOUR GENERATION. “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father” (John 14:12).
BEGIN TO BUILD MY KINGDOM INSTEAD OF YOUR KINGDOM. THERE IS GREAT REWARD NOW AND FOR ETERNITY IN LAYING UP TREASURES IN HEAVEN. BRINGING TO SALVATION THE SOULS OF MEN HAS THE HIGHEST PRIORITY TO GOD. “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends” (John 15:13).
YOU MUST ABIDE IN THE DIVINE VINE, CHRIST JESUS. ONLY THROUGH CHRIST’S SPIRIT OF LIFE FLOWING THROUGH YOU CAN YOU PRODUCE GODLY FRUIT. I WILL PRUNE THE BRANCHES SO THEY CAN PRODUCE MORE FRUIT. THE BEAUTY AND PERFECTION OF THE FRUIT DEPENDS ON THE AMOUNT OF LIFE-GIVING FLOW FROM THE VINE TO THE BRANCHES. “I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing” (John 15:5). YOU WILL BE KNOWN BY THE BLIGHTED OR PERFECTED FRUIT YOU PRODUCE.
IT IS MY TRUTH THAT WILL SET THE CAPTIVES FREE. DEDICATE YOURSELF TO MY WORD, PRAYER AND FASTING FOR YOUR SOUL’S SAKE AND THE WINNING OF THE LOST. STAY IN MY WORD SO THAT YOU MAY HAVE EVER INCREASING TRUTH AND LIGHT. THE WORLD ONLY KNOWS THE “LIES AND DECEIVINGS OF SATAN!” YOU HAVE A RESPONSIBILITY THAT COULD DETERMINE SOMEONE’S ETERNAL LIFE OR DEATH. AS CHILDREN OF GOD, BEGIN TO BEAR THE BURDENS OF THOSE AROUND YOU. DO SPIRITUAL WARFARE FOR THE CAPTIVES. GIVE YOURSELF TO INTERCESSION FOR THE TROUBLED AND THOSE WHO ARE LOST. DO ALL YOU CAN TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING AROUND YOU. ONLY THE LIGHT AND TRUTH OF CHRIST WILL LEAD THE WORLD OUT OF THE DARKNESS AND LOSTNESS OF THEIR SOUL. THE WORLD DOES NOT KNOW THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH AND CANNOT RECEIVE HIM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SEE HIM OR KNOW HIM. INTRODUCE CHRIST TO AS MUCH OF THE WORLD AND YOUR LOVED ONES AS YOU CAN! “And He said to them, ‘Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature’” (Mark 16:15).
Let us pray: Dearest Father God and my Savior Jesus Christ, You alone are all “light and truth,” and so I come to You. Forgive my sins and failures so I can become all You have called me to be. Make me into the child of God that will bear much fruit for Your glory. I know the time is short, and I want to be fully–given to Your work. I come to You in my weaknesses and ask You to change me into the image of Christ. Empower me for Your work! Increase the light that is within me and lead me to those walking in darkness and those who desire to know the truth. Make me mindful of everyone around me and show me their needs. I want to be Your hands and feet. Give me more of Your wisdom and truth. Use me to break the shackles of those bound in sin.
I want the spirit of intercession for others to continually flow through me. Father, I do not want to fall short of bringing glory to Your name! Give me a greater love for You and the lost. May Your message of salvation burn in my heart and never allow me to fail You or the soul You place on my pathway.
Increase my awareness of the needs all around me. I want to bear the burdens of others. Increase the amount and value of my work for You. Oh Lord, I want to be totally Yours for use in Your kingdom. May my love for You and others grow and grow. Quicken the time of my response to Your Spirit. Dearest Savior, I take seriously the “call” You have placed upon me. Help me from this day forward, to give You my “all” and my “highest and best!”
I thank You for calling and blessing me. We are privileged to belong to You. I am so blessed to be chosen by You. Thank You, thank You! I love You! Amen
